After over 15 years of online broadcasting the best of women jazz vocalists, it is sadly time to close the SatinJazz station. Thank you to all of the long term and new listeners, and to the artists whose work I hope the station helped to reach new audiences.
The station will cease around 20 June 2026.

On Mar 18’26, around 7pm, EDT, I heard an excellent, very relaxed, jazz version of “I Put A Spell On You” by Screamin’ Jay Hawkins. Hawkins’ version (YouTube) has enough maniac energy to power NYC. Who is the jazz singer and what recording?

Found you by wandering around Radio Garden. Then ‘rights restrictions’ blocked out non-UK stations, however now back listening thanks to NordVPN.
I haven’t heard any Laufey so far, and felt her sing might be a good fit(?).

Just found your station. I love the format of female jazz singers. Great soft jazz. I’m listening via Radio Garden from my home In Palm Harbor ( Tampa Bay) Florida at 3pm on this Memorial Day weekend. I have relatives in Brissy. I just love AU and Queensland! Hip, hip, hooray.
